Burglary
1800 Brummel
Someone attempted to break into a residence in the 1800 block of Brummel Street via an unlocked window between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. yesterday.
1500 Fowler
A leather wallet and several Phillips 7-inch video monitors attached to headrests inside an unlocked 2004 Jeep parked in the 1500 block of Fowler Avenue were stolen between 11 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. yesterday.
3200 Grant
A three tone gold bracelet with diamonds and sapphires was stolen from a residence in the 3200 block of Grant Street after someone forced open a door to the home between 6:20 p.m. and 8:07 p.m. yesterday.
1900 Emerson
Someone attempted to break into an apartment in the 1900 block of Emerson Street by breaking a window between 10:30 a.m. Saturday and 8:30 a.m. yesterday.
Criminal damage to property
200 Ridge
A window inside the common area of an apartment/condo building in the 200 block of Ridge Avenue was broken by a known individual at 7:33 p.m. yesterday.
Criminal damage to vehicle
1800 Emerson
The window of Hyundai parked in the 1800 block of Emerson Street was broken by someone know to the owner of the vehicle between 12:52 p.m. and 1 p.m. Thursday.
Theft
800 Hinman
A locked Trek men’s bicycle was stolen from the 800 block of Hinman Avenue between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. yesterday.
1300 Sherman
A locked Trek bicycle was stolen from a bike rack in the 1300 block of Sherman Place between 4 p.m. and 8:50 p.m. yesterday.
1600 Dodge
Nintendo game catridges left unattended at Evanston Township High School, 1600 Dodge Ave., were stolen between 3:55 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. April 14.
Traffic
1401 Sheridan
Schona Buranda, 52, of 705 Reba Place, was arrested at 1401 Sheridan Road at 10:17 a.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. A court date was set for 9 a.m. June 1.
1800 Dodge
Rengay Frazier, 45, of 1600 Monroe St., was arrested at 1800 Dodge Ave. at 6:55 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. A court date was set for 10:30 a.m. May 24.
900 Howard
Carlos Humberto Gomez, 18, of 8134 Kilpatrick, Skokie, was arrested at 900 Howard St. at 12:45 a.m. today and charged with a traffic violation. A court date was set for 9 a.m. May 24.
1618 Orrington
Jasmine A. Sails, 21, of 8546 S. Constance, Chicago, was arrested at 1618 Orrington Ave. at 9:45 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. A court date was set for 10:30 a.m. May 17.
