  1. Better Solutions for Shelters ?

    I know the shelter 1458 Chicago Ave. is trying to do needed and good work but it seems I've seen more and more reports of crimes by residents.  Perhaps they need to find ways to screen better—but I guess that would just mean the people would be entirely on the street and even more likely to commit crimes.

    I assume there is a limit to how long they can stay at the shelter but I see and other people say the same, the same people going to/from there to EPL—no we don't follow them.
