After a damp opening Saturday, pleasant temperatures and sunny skies are forecast for today’s final day of Evanston’s Lakeshore Arts Festival.
More than 120 artists are participating in the 37th annual edition of the juried event.
The festival at Dawes Park, Church Street at Sheridan Road, also features musical performances, a crafts fair for kids and nearly a dozen food vendors.
Festival hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Free parking is available at the Northwestern University parking deck three blocks north of the festival site, with free shuttle bus service to Dawes Park.
And if you get tired of looking at the art, views of the waterfront itself are just steps away.
