The Evanston Public Library’s used book sale starts at 10 a.m. today at the main library downtown and runs through Sunday at 5:30 p.m.

Named the “Best Used Book Sale” by the Chicago Reader, the sale offers hundreds of titles for your fall reading pleasure.

There’s a $5 charge during the first two hours to get the best selection. After that admission is free and on Sunday all remaining books will be half price.

The sale runs 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. today and Saturday and noon to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.

All proceeds benefit the library. The Book Sale Room is on the third floor at 1703 Orrington Ave.
