An Evanston man is facing drug charges after Wilmette police say they spotted him driving at night with his lights off.

The police say that after they stopped Austine Okacha in the 1000 block of Locust Road last week they found he had 175 grams of cannabis in his car.

Okacha, 22, of 1317 Washington St., was charged with felony possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.

He’s scheduled to appear in Skokie district court on July 23.
