City receives Water Ambassador Award from the American Water Works Association and, from a different organization, a “Snow Award” to the Public Works Department for snow removal efforts.

Clark McCarthy, a union pipefitter, objects to elimination of “B-plate” or pickup trucks from rule change that would expand permission for company vehicles to park in front of owner’s home.
