P1 – Location restrictions.
Nieuwsma says this would address a conflict between the approval of Beacon Academy’s additional location at 1026 Davis St. and the cigarette sales license of Evanston First Liquors across the street.
Nieuwsma moves the second option presented — a more generic exception for the downtown area
That’s approved unanimously.
P2 – Special use permit for Beacon Academy at 1026 Davis St.
Approved unanimously.
P3 – Plat of resubdivision for 713 and 715 Sheridan Road.
Approved unanimously.
