P1 – Zoning change to permit tattoo and body art establishments
Alderman Don Wilson, 4th Ward, said issue came up years ago and was rejected then. Doesn’t seem to be a problem today.
Alderman Melissa Wynne, 3rd Ward, says a proposal years ago for a late-night tattoo parlor was rejected. New plan bars late night operation. She’s OK with that.
Approved 6-0.

P2 – Zoning change to broaden list of permitted home occupations
Wilson says glad to see that city is expanding options for people to keep their businesses going during current economic conditions.
Wilson says she agrees.
Approved 6-0.
