The Chicago Independent Ad Network, featuring 15 high-quality local news sites including Evanston Now, announced its formation this morning.
The digital-only network will provide over one million monthly guaranteed impressions when it goes live on Tuesday, Nov. 1.
Other sites in the network include Gapers Block, the Chicago News Cooperative, the Chicago Reporter, Windy Citizen and the Neighborhood Parents Network.
The network initially will offer ad positions to only five advertisers a month, serving the same size ad unit across the network.
