1700 Benson

A purse was stolen from an unsecured locker at the Evanston Athletic Club in the 1700 block of Benson Avenue between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Battery

500 Sherman

Janice O. Jenkins, 57, of 7650 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, was arrested at 500 Sherman Ave.at 12:28 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery.

120 Callan

Daniel Salgado, 20, of 5043 W. Berenice Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 120 Callan Ave. at 8:19 p.m. Wednesday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on March 14 at 9:30 a.m. 

Graffiti

800 Noyes

Graffiti was discovered at an apartment common area in the 800 block of Noyes Street at 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Other

1100 Howard

Police responded to a report of a man with a gun in the 1100 block of Howard Street at 4:09 p.m. yesterday. They checked the area, but found no man with a gun.
