Evanston and Northwestern University police nabbed a burglary suspect Tuesday who had some suspicious items in his backpack, and now they are trying to locate the owners.

If you recently lost any of the following items and suspect they may have been stolen, Evanston police would like you to contact them:

A Nikon CoolPix camera with black finish

A Garmin Nuvi 270 GPS with charger.

A small flashlight with silver finish.

A small clear plastic Gladware bowl with lid containing $14 in coins.

Several bags of snack chips; Sun Chips, Cheetos & Doritos.

The suspect, a 14-year-old boy, was found hiding on the back porch of a home in the 800 block of Foster Street. The backpack was found nearby. The youth has been charged with a curfew violation.

A second suspect was not located and is still at large, police said.
