Evanston’s West End Market will wrap up its season with a Halloween party on Saturday.

The first 100 youngsters at the market will get free pumpkins and goody bags as part of the harvest celebration, which also will include face painting, arts and crafts and live entertainment.

The market, a project of the Evanston Community Development Corporation, will be open rain or shine from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday in the Evanston Township High School parking lot at the corner of Church Street and Dodge Avenue.

The market features fresh produce, handmade craft items, baked goods and bar-b-que. Link cards and credit cards are accepted.

The entertainment will feature soul line dancing include electric slide, cha-cha slide, bus stop, cupid shuffle, and more.
