  1. Google Day – A case study in Hypocricy.
How can we be sure Evanston is the best choice for Google?

Google demonstrated its contempt for government control over the lives of its Citizens by refusing to submit to censorship.

Evanston demonstrated contempt for Citizens by supporting government takeover of its healthcare industry.

By our embrace of ObamaCare, we dishonor Google’s hard work and self-sacrifice, in our attempt to get something for nothing.

You have to be kidding me. Google day being linked to Healthcare reform? Thanks for making me laugh.

Bringing Google into Evanston will clearly help our community by bring in quality high speed access to information that our community can use to prosper in this information age. Education, public service and private enterprise will all benefit from this service.
