Evonda Thomas-Smith, director of Evanston's Health and Human Services Department, and former Evanston alderman Jane Grover will discuss how the city managed the elimination of Evanston Township and how human services programs formerly provided by the township are now delivered by the city at a League of Women Voters luncheon on Monday, Feb. 22.

The event will be held at 11:45 a.m. at The King Home, 1555 Oak Ave.
