First Bank & Trust Managing Director Jay Lytle in accepting the award said, "Thank you NAACP/North Shore for this tremendous honor. First Bank & Trust was founded 18 years ago, and from day one we have believed in putting community first. That means participating whole heartedly in the communities we serve and call home, and doing our part (to) make it a better place through volunteering, sponsorship and delivering the highest level of service. Because when our community thrives, we are all better off.”
