The NWC Food Incubator holds a Food Distribution 101 workshop at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 1, designed to help food entrepreneurs understand what it takes to work with distribution companies.
The program features guest speakers from Sysco and Fortune Fish & Gourmet.
Topics to be covered include when to consider partnering with a distributor, choosing the right distribution company, account management, cost and strategies for making the most out of a partnership.
The fee for the session is $25. Online registration is available.
