Community members are invited to attend an open house public meeting to learn about and discuss preliminary design options for planned improvements at Evanston's Fountain Square.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, April 28, in the Parasol Room of the Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave.. The open house will begin at 6 p.m., followed by presentation and discussion from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Consultants Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Teska Associates and City of Evanston staff will present:

  • Visioning process background
  • Preliminary design options
  • Next steps

The goal of the meeting is to receive community input regarding preliminary design options for further development and refinement. More information about the project is available online.
