The Evanston Art Center (EAC) is excited to collaborate with Chinese artist, Lancaster Wu, to provide a FREE Shun Shui painting workshop to those of all ages and skill levels on Saturday, July 30 from 1-3pm.
Shan Shui is a traditional Chinese painting style done by using brushes, ink, and water to capture the beauty of landscape.
This free workshop will be taught by Juncheng “Lancaster” Wu. Lancaster, originally from China, is currently an international high school student at Roycemore School. Lancaster started learning Shan Shui at three years old and earned a national prize for his painting when he was young. Additional free workshops will be held on August 13 and August 27.
