Lutheran Choir of Chicago will perform “Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs,” an exploration of the rhythms and melodies that have moved people across the centuries at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Evanston on Saturday, March 5.

The performance will include works by Ralph Vaughan Williams (“The Old Hundredth”), Moses Hogan (“Elijah Rock”), and Michael Engelhardt (“Wayfaring Stranger”).

LCC, a sacred music ensemble with an ever-expanding repertoire, has evolved into a group of singers from different spiritual backgrounds who share a common desire to make music together.

Tickets, available online, are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Free admission for children 10 and under.
