Patrick Keenan-Devlin, deputy director of the Moran Center for Youth Advocacy, will discuss the center's programs at a luncheon meeting of the League of Women Voters of Evanston on Friday, Oct. 20.
The center describes its mission as providing "integrated legal and social work services to low-income Evanston youth and their families to improve their quality of life at home, at school, and within the community."
