This year's film is called Dead Tongues, and it was written, directed, and produced by students. The beneficiary is Supplies for Dreams, a non-profit organization aiming to help Chicago Public School students by providing supplies, mentoring and field trip opportunities.
The movie follows a young woman who after the mysterious suicide of her ex-boyfriend, teams up with the ex's estranged twin to unearth an uncanny plot preceding her former lover's death.
This event is open to everyone and a minimum donation of $8 is required at the door. You can also purchase tickets online through the Norris Box Office at nbo.northwestern.edu for $5.
