Solar System Symphony at Northwestern

Astronomy and music will mix with a virtual tour across the solar system, from the violent volcanos of Venus, to the many moons of Jupiter, to the icy plains of Pluto at Pick-Staiger Concert Hall on Tuesday, May 24.

The Bienen School of Music Brass Ensemble will perform, bringing new life to the science of our solar system.

After the show (weather permitting), join Northwestern astronomers on the Arts Green South for a view through a telescope. All ages welcomed.

This program is sponsored by CIERA, Northwestern's Center for Interdisciplinary Exploration and Research in Astrophysics, and created by CIERA graduate student Kyle Kremer.

Tickets are $6 for the general public and $4 for students with a valid ID.
