Most of Evanston north of Golf Road and Emerson Street is in an area scheduled for mosquito control operations Wednesday night by the North Shore Mosquito Abatement District.
Also included are portions of Kenilworth, Winnetka, Wilmette, and Skokie.
Weather permitting, the targeted adult mosquito control operations will take place from 8 p.m. until 2 a.m., the district announced in a news release.
