Whether you like brass, percussion, strings, piano, or choral work, Northwestern University’s Henry and Leigh Bienen School of Music is presenting a full month of music on the Evanston campus in November, and it’s all open to the public at modest prices.

Whether you like brass, percussion, strings, piano, or choral work, Northwestern University’s Henry and Leigh Bienen School of Music is presenting a full month of music on the Evanston campus in November, and it’s all open to the public at modest prices.

In addition to faculty recitals and concerts featuring student choral, percussion, string, and orchestral ensembles, there will be guest performances by pianists Jeffrey Siegel and Mykola Suk, the Newberry Consort, and the Baroque Music Ensemble. The two closing Lisztomania festival concerts celebrating composer Franz Liszt’s 200th birthday also will take place.
