It may not be the most exciting programming available on your television, but your kids might get a kick out of it: The Project Webcam of the construction of the new $53 million Robert Crown Community Center, Ice Complex, and Library Project.
Thanks to the webcam, whenever you visit the project website, you can actually access a video of the project in process.
If you’re really into this kind of excitement, you might want to drop by the construction trailer, located at 1801 Main St., next Friday, Sept. 28, at 7:30 a.m. for a live update from construction managers who will answer your questions.
In the meantime, the regular Friday update reported that the cleaning and stripping the site of topsoil was completed this past week, and construction has continued on the building pad. Next week they plan to complete the building pad and will begin caisson drilling.
