The Evanston History Center held its annual old fashioned ice cream social this afternoon, featuring a performance by the Ridgeville Concert Band on the lawn of the Charles Gates Dawes house on the lakefront.
The event also featured face painting and a magician performing for the kids, and lots of frozen custard from Andy’s.
