Evanston’s City Council proclaimed April Shani Davis month when the Olympic speed skating champion made an appearance before the council this evening.

Evanston’s City Council proclaimed April Shani Davis month when the Olympic speed skating champion made an appearance before the council this evening.

Mr. Davis will be back in Evanston for a reception at the Robert Crown Center at 7 p.m. on Friday.
