We have exciting news to share!  We are celebrating the long-awaited purchase of the first Citizens’ Lighthouse Community Land Trust home, our first step towards keeping a supply of  Evanston homes affordable for the next generation.

The three-bedroom, one-bath home is located at 2212 Washington Street, a family-friendly street.  We are now actively seeking a family of five or six to purchase the home.  Maximum household income for an eligible family would range between $64,350 (family of five) to $69,150 (family of six) and preference will be given to Evanston residents or those who work here. 

We have begun some renovations to the home to bring it up to our high standards and we are expecting it to be ready to show off in mid-December.  We hope you will be as eager to see this milestone home as we will be to display it.
