1300 McDaniel

An ornament was stolen from the yard of a home in the 1300 block of McDaniel Avenue between 10 a.m. Sunday and 11:13 a.m. yesterday.

2400 Howard

Alcoholic products were taken from a grocery store in the 2400 block of Howard Street around 12:30 p.m. yesterday

1700 Orrington

A purse left unattended at the main Evanston Public Library in the 1700 block of Orrington Avenue was stolen between 9:30 a.m. and 10:20 a.m. yesterday.

700 Dobson

A package containing clothing that had been delivered to an apartment common area in the 700 block of Dobson Street was stolen around 10 a.m. yesterday.

Criminal Trespass

821 Howard

Jerri Saneeka Winters, 39, of 112 Custer Ave., was arrested at 821 Howard St. at 11 a.m. yesterday and charged with trespass at a residence. She is due in court on Nov. 18 at 9 a.m.


301 Chicago

Jose Castulo, 19, of 726 Dobson St., was arrested at 301 Chicago Ave. at 3:23 a.m. today and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.


2600 Gross Point

William R. Weaver, 34, of 205 Ridge Road, Wilmette, was arrested at 2600 Gross Point Road at 2:44 a.m. yesterday, and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Dec. 1 at 9 a.m.

An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
