Traffic
Why do they report the person was arrested at the traffic stop ,have witnessed a traffic stop and the person just received a citation
Depends
… on the nature of the violation. Some are considered by the police to involve an arrest. I believe those include driving without a license and without proof of insurance. Other traffic tickets aren’t treated as an arrest. Info we get is straight from the EPD.
