1700 Ridge

Package deliveries containing tarot cards and light bulbs were stolen from an apartment common area in the 1700 block of Ridge Avenue around 7 p.m. yesterday.

2450 Main

Michael A. Starcevic, 48, of 2837 W. Greenleaf St., Chicago, was arrested at 2450 Main St. at 1:27 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on Nov. 7 at 9 a.m.

Other

807 Howard

Marlon A. Scott, 22, of 6559 N. Seeley Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 807 Howard St. at 10:58 p.m. yesterday and charged with unlawful use of a weapon. He is due in court on Dec. 6 at 10:30 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
