Assault

2205 Crain

Donell J. McKinney, 28, of 2205 Crain St., was arrested at that address at 2:30 p.m. yesterday and charged with assault. He is due in court on May 17 at 9 a.m.

Graffiti

700 Main

Graffiti was discovered at a store in the 700 block of Main Street at 10:46 a.m. yesterday.

2737 Highland

Brett B. Kube, 28, of 1228 Elwood Ave., was arrested at 2737 Highland Ave. at 4:10 p.m. yesterday and charged with violation of an order of protection. He is due in court on April 26 at 4:10 p.m.

Theft

800 South Boulevard

A package containing clothing that was delivered to a home in the 800 block of South Boulevard was stolen between noon and 4:30 p.m. yesterday.

800 Davis

An attempt was made to steal product from a convenience store in the 800 block of Davis Street between 10:35 p.m. and 10:58 p.m. yesterday.

Traffic

Dempster at Fowler

Ryan R. Nicholson, 18, of 1341 McDaniel Ave., was arrested at Dempster Street and Fowler Avenue at 3:18 a.m. today and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on April 17 at 9 a.m.
