How much cannabis is considered an offense?
I am wondering how much cannabis does one would need to be caught in their possession to be considered an offense and to be charged with cannabis possession? And would this also mean same as possesion with intent to distibute?
This is even a crime?
When will police stop enforcing the ridiculous 'crime' of pot possesion. Stop wasting taxpayers' money, Get this law off the books. Legalize, and tax!
