Some parents of ETHS students bused or driven to school may win state reimbursement to offset some bus fare or car mileage expenses.
Parents are eligible for the payment if the student lives 1-1/2 miles or more from school.
Parents or legal guardians must fill out the claim form and return it to the ETHS Business Office by June 30. Forms may be filled out in person in the Business Office, or parents may obtain the form on the ETHS website under Parents-Main Page.
The completed form may be mailed back to ETHS Business Office, Attn: Student Accounts, 1600 Dodge Ave., Evanston, IL 60201-3449.
