Battery

County Street, Waukegan

Marco Huerta-Diaz, 28, of 2737 W. Arthur in Chicago, was arrested for battery at the Lake County Courthouse, 18 N. County St., Waukegan, at 9:44 p.m. Wednesday.

Breach of Peace

500 Howard

Sharon Dupree, 61, of 7254 N. Damen in Chicago, was arrested for breach of the peace at 555 Howard St. at 10:55 a.m. Thursday and is due to appear in Skokie District Court at 9 a.m. August 9.

DUI

500 Arnold

Young Gil Lee, 62, of 2200 W. Chase Ave., Apt. 104 in Chicago, was arrested for driving under the influence at 501 Arnold Place at 10:10 p.m. Thursday and is due to appear in Skokie District Court at 9 a.m. August 14.

Theft

2100 Pioneer

Someone stole plants from the porch of a single family home in the 2100 block of Pioneer Road between 11 p.m. and midnight Tuesday.

1000 Emerson

A secured Trek Marlin bicycle was stolen from the sidewalk in the 1000 block of Emerson Street between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 9:22 a.m. Thursday.

1400 Elmwood

Tanisha L. McGrone, 41, of 1937 Dewey Ave., was arrested for theft at 1454 Elmwood Ave. at 10:58 a.m. Thursday.
