1200 Washington

The front license plate was stolen off a 2008 Toyota parked in the 1200 block of Washington Street around 1 p.m. yesterday.

Battery

114 Callan

Rikiya C. Zachary, 26, of 1903 Joppa Ave., Zion, was arrested at 114 Callan Ave. at 8:35 p.m. Monday and charged with battery. He is due in court on Jan. 30 at 9 a.m.

Burglary

2100 Brummel

Someone damaged a window to access a 2013 Honda in the 2100 block of Brummel Street between 7:30 p.m. Monday and 8:49 a.m. yesterday. A pair of sunglasses was reported missing.

Graffiti

800 Chicago

Graffiti defaced a rental truck in the 800 block of Chicago Avenue between 6:30 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. yesterday.

Traffic

1100 Oakton

Joseph J. Hartman, 58, of 1300 W. Altgeld St., Chicago, was arrested at 1100 Oakton St. at 12:12 a.m. today and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Jan 18 at 10:30 a.m.

Sheridan at Lincoln

Miburo Jean de Dieu, 28, of 1642 W. Lunt Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Sheridan Road and Lincoln Street at 12:20 a.m. today and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Jan. 29 at 9 a.m.

1123 Ridge

Siraj Salauddin, 47, of 4109 Florence Way, Glenview, was arrested at 1123 Ridge Ave. at 6:20 p.m. Monday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Jan. 29 at 10:30 a.m.

1302 Washington

Charles N. Taylor, 42, of 1704 Mulford St., was arrested at 1302 Washington St. at 10:24 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Jan. 24 at 9 a.m.
