Evanston police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile, 17-year-old Anthony Munsey-Johnson. (Update 12:30 p.m.: Police say Munsey-Johnson now has been located.)
Police Cmdr. Joseph Dugan says Munsey-Johnson left his residence in the 500 block of Custer Avenue on Monday. He was seen on foot in the area of Reba Street and Custer Avenue today about 9:30 a.m., but responding officers were unable to locate him.
There is no known destination or specific places that Munsey-Johnson frequents. Dugan says juvenile detectives are actively looking for Munsey-Johnson, but have been unable to develop any further leads as to his whereabouts.
He’s described as a white male, 6-foot-1-inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing an emerald green “Minnesota Wild” sweatshirt, black shorts and carrying a grey backpack.
