Evanston Police are seeking questions from the community to discuss at a town hall meeting Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Civic Center with the theme “Rights, Responsibilities and Reasonability in Evanston.”

It the fourth in a series of panel discussions hosted by the department and facilitated by Gilo Kwesi Logan.  There will be an open dialogue and discussion about the rights of citizens and police officers along with responsibilities for improving police community relations. 

The first meeting focused on Cultural Awareness and Community Policing, the second on Gangs and Drugs and Unsolved Homicides and the third on Social Media, Crime Prevention and Community Policing.
