Burglary

700 Dobson

A GPS device, an iPod, and miscellaneous merchandise were stolen from an unlocked 1997 Honda in an alley in the 700 block of Dobson Street between 9 p.m. Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. yesterday.

Graffiti

1000 Austin

Graffiti defaced the yard of a home in the 1000 block of Austin Street between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. Tuesday.

Theft

800 Sheridan

Political signs were stolen from a yard in the 800 block of Sheridan Road between midnight and 4 a.m. yesterday.

1600 Fowler

A delivered package containing medication was stolen from a home in the 1600 block of Fowler Avenue around 5 p.m. on Nov. 2.

100 Asbury

Medication was stolen from the shelves of the CVS pharmacy in the 100 block of Asbury Avenue between 10:30 a.m. and 10:53 a.m. yesterday.

Traffic

200 South Boulevard

Lewis R. Hutchison, 29, of 300 4th Ave. South, St. Petersburg, Fla., was arrested at 200 South Boulevard at 10:16 p.m. yesterday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Dec. 13 at 10:30 a.m.

2200 Dempster

Sharon A. Martinez, 40, of 826 Wesley Ave., was arrested at 2200 Dempster St. at 11:26 a.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Dec. 13 at 9 a.m.

616 Davis

Kiel J. Tatum, 33, of 4278 N. Hazel St., Chicago, was arrested at 616 Davis St. at 1:20 a.m. today and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Nov. 29 at 9 a.m.

400 South Boulevard

Kwasi Jabari Vaughters, 22, of 2706 W. Peterson Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 400 South Boulevard at 2:59 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Dec. 19 at 1:30 p.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
