An open window provided access to a 2003 Lincoln in the 1600 block of Monroe Street around 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Battery

618 Hull

Timothy Wayne Day, 31, of 5052 N. Kenmore Ave., Chicago, and Gelisa Desiree Bailey, 27, of 618 Hull Terrace, were arrested at the Hull Terrace address at 10 p.m. last night and were charged with domestic battery. They are due in court on June 27 at 9:30 a.m.

Traffic

1454 Elmwood

Chadd J. Shephard, 35, of 1708 Keeney St., was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 2:05 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on July 31 at 10:30 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
