A4 – Sidwalk Cafe for Blaze Pizza, 1739 Sherman Ave. Approved.
A5 – Lease for Ward Eight apartment. Approved.
A6 – Affordable Housing Fund transfer $42K. Approed.
A7 – Three year lease with League of Women Voters for office at Civic Center. Approved.
A8 – Special assessment for paving alley north of Colfax east of Central Park. $252K with 50% reimbursement from abutters. Approved.
A9 – Special Assessment for paving alley north of Lyon and east of Ashland. $261K with 50% reimbursement from abutters. Approved.
A10, A11, A12 – Dedication of land to city for alley improvements north of Thayer and east of Marcy. Approved.
A 13 – Ordinance to permit sale and service of alcoholic liquor for catering. Approved
A14 – Class F liquor license for Valli Produce, 1910 Dempster. Approved. Planning to open in mid-July. Soft opening a bit sooner. One additional lease in shopping center — Play It Again Sports. Also coming a beauty supply store, a dentist and a podiatrist. Dance Center Evanston working on expansion.
A15 – Class D liquor license for Gigio’s Pizzeria, 1001 Davis. Approved.
A16 – Eliminating liquor license for Cosi, 1740 Sherman. Approved.
