  1. Underused current advertising space

    The city council packet says there is no legislative history for advertising, but the city has been selling advertising for a while.  There is substantial advertising space at the Robert Crown Center, and only some of it has been sold.  And the Crown Center is constantly playing the radio over the sound system, giving someone else free advertising.

    The city has also sold naming rights to properties.
