Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m.

Alderman Rainey says the 1515 Chicago Ave. project, while it’s on the committee agenda, has already been introduced and will actually be discussed tonight at the full City Council meeting.

Public Comment

Owner of Frio Gelato says currently use location at 1701 Simpson St. as a factory to produce gelato … wants to add retail sales at the location.

P1 – Special use for Kung Fu Tea, 726 Clark St.

Approved

P2 – Special use for type to restaurant, Frio Gelato, at 1701 Simpson St.

Aproved with suspension of the rules for introduction and action tonight.

P3 – 1515 Chicago special use.

Removed from agenda. Had been placed on agenda in error … to be discussed at full council meeting tonight instead.

P4 – Special use for planned development at 835 Chicago Ave.

Continued to May 12 meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
