Kecha D. Jackson, 34, of 6808 N. Wayne Ave., Chicago, was arrested, police said, after an altercation at a pizza restaurant at 1737 Sherman Ave., where she was an employee, at 1:33 p.m. yesterday and charged with reckless conduct. She is due in court on May 3 at 1:30 p.m.

Anita A. Rodriguez, 24, of 17 Shermead Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 101 Asbury Ave. at 12:53 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. She is due in court on April 26 at 10:30 a.m.

Brenda Kaye Bell, 30, of 1450 S. 116th St., West Allis, Wis., was arrested at 400 Dodge Ave. at 6:49 a.m. on March 20 and charged with a traffic violation.
1500 Ridge
Clare A. Kelly, 57, of 823 Colfax St., was arrested at 1500 Ridge Ave. at 12:32 p.m. Monday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on May 10 at 1:30 p.m.
200 Keeney
Rodney M. Lane, 47, of 1001 Hull Terrace, was arrested at 200 Keeney St. at 9:01 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation.
1200 Ridge
Quincy Romaro Rhone, 24, of 8015 S. Maplewood Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1200 Ridge Ave. at 9:24 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation.
An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
