Battery

600 South Boulevard

Karim M. McCall, 46, was arrested at 600 South Boulevard at 5:44 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on May 31 at 9:30 a.m.


Update 8/19/16: The charges against McCall were dismissed on July 26.


Burglary

800 Forest

A burglar forced entry into a condominium in the 800 block of Forest Avenue between 11:45 a.m. Tuesday and 8:51 a.m. yesterday.

Criminal Damage

1200 Chicago

Someone broke the window of a vehicle in an apartment parking space in the 1200 block of Chicago Avenue between 7 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. yesterday.

626 Church

Michael T. O’Malley, 26, of 3421 Park Place, was arrested at 626 Church St. at 11:47 p.m. yesterday and charged with being a pedestrian under the influence. He is due in court on June 29 at 9 a.m.

Theft

800 Forest

A red 1999 Honda Civic was stolen from the 800 block of Forest Avenue between 9:45 p.m. Tuesday and 11:30 a.m. yesterday.

1100 Emerson

Mail was missing from the mailbox of an apartment common area between noon on May 4 and 11:16 p.m. Tuesday.

Traffic

355 Ridge

Utarus C. Jackson, 44, of 932 W. Sunnyside Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 355 Ridge Ave. at 12:21 a.m. today and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on June 27 at 10:30 a.m.
