  1. Not much beyond generalities

    Each panelist, of course, said what they wanted to be said and not much beyond generalities. Of course everyone was for 'Excellence' [which tends to mean they don't know what to do] but not much about how to really improve things. None or almost nothing about what specifics of what they don't like about the way thiings are done.

    Probably about the only thing that would really show where they stand, is their voting record, but the Board probably would claim 'privacy' and in any event would be a lot of work and judgement to put together.
