Police checked a report of a man with a gun at Leah Lomar Park at Mulford Street and Wesley Avenue at 4:12 p.m. yesterday, but found nothing.

909 Sherman

Phillip J. Lewis, 29, of 909 Sherman Ave., was arrested at that address at 2:58 a.m. yesterday and charged with a violation of an order of protection. He is due in court on May 9 at 9:30 a.m.

Battery

1719 Lyons

D.Angelo D. Dunlap, 21, of 5926 W. Erie St., Chicago, was arrested at 1719 Lyons St. at 3:02 p.m. Friday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on May 9 at 9:30 a.m.

1805 Madison

Darrel L. Franklin, 24, of 1805 Madison St., was arrested at that address at 11:45 a.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on May 9 at 9:30 a.m.

Burglary

Elmwood at Dobson

Photo identification documents were stolen from a 2006 Ford at Elmwood Avenue and Dobson Street between 8:30 p.m. Friday and 9:20 a.m. Saturday.

Criminal Damage

1900 Darrow

Someone damaged the fence at the yard of a home in the 1900 block of Darrow Avenue between 3 p.m. Friday and 3:34 p.m. Saturday.

Drugs

1325 Howard

David M. Mascorro, 27, of 9519 S. 49th Ave., Oak Lawn, was arrested at 1325 Howard St. at 12:05 a.m. Saturday and charged with possession of cannabis. He is due in court on May 14 at 9 a.m.

Theft

2400 Howard

Merchandise was reported stolen from a grocery store in the 2400 block of Howard Street around 1:28 a.m. Friday.

1600 Dodge

A cell phone was taken from a secured locker at Evanston Township High School between 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday.

2100 Forestview

A package containing plants that was delivered to a home in the 2100 block of Forestview Road was stolen around 2:30 p.m. Friday.

2000 Bennett

A package containing hygeine products that was delivered to a home in the 2000 block of Bennett Avenue was stolen between 7:15 a.m. and 3 p.m. Friday.

1700 Sherman

Cell phones left unattended at a retail establishment in the 1700 block of Sherman Avenue were stolen around 6:25 p.m. Friday.

Traffic

1700 Darrow

Kaylin M. Belcher, 26, of 1730 Lyons St., was arrested at 1700 Darrow Ave. at 9:30 p.m. Friday and charged with driving under the influence. A court date has been set for May 14 at 10:30 a.m.

1700 Greenwood

Danielle L. Grier, 45, of 1806 Hovland Court, was arrested at 1700 Greenwood St. at 3:30 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence. She is due in court on May 29 at 9 a.m.

2209 Howard

Nicole L. Jackson, 27, of 1666 W. Juneway Terrace, Chicago, was arrested at 2209 Howard St. at 11:06 a.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on May 16 at 9 a.m.

1706 Oakton

Deontre J. Yarbrough, 22, of 510 South Boulevard, was arrested at 1706 Oakton St. at 2:30 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on May 16 at 9 a.m.
