Thefts

2400 Main

An office equipment dealership reported a theft at its establishment in the 2400 block of Main Street at 8:13 a.m. yesterday.

2400 Howard

Food items were reported stolen at a grocery store in the 2400 block of Howard Street around 6 a.m. yesterday.

Battery

1454 Elmwood

Tyrone A. Inniss, 38, of 2113 Howard St., was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 4:50 p.m. Monday and charged with aggravated battery.

Criminal Damage

1500 Emerson

Someone damaged the door to an apartment common area in the 1500 block of Emerson Street between midnight and 7:19 a.m. yesterday.

Traffic

500 Forest

Amber N. Harden, 20, of 7718 Carpenter Road, Chicago, was arrested at 500 Forest Ave. at 12:54 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on May 15 at 9 a.m.

1968 Dempster

Robert A. Ramirez, 36, of 642 Dodge Ave., was arrested at 1968 Dempster St. at 10:53 a.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on May 16 at 10:30 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
