Robbery

2200  Howard

A 38-year-old Chicago woman who was withdrawing cash from a drive-through automated teller machine in the 2200 block of Howard Street had her ATM card snatched from the machine by a robber at around 7:19 a.m. Friday.

2202 Emerson

Mario T. Rucker, 19, of 1823 Hovland Court, was arrested at 2202 Emerson St. at 9:31 p.m. Friday and charged with robbery.

Battery

320 Asbury

Dontae D. Farmer, 33, of 15820 Carse  Ave., Harvey, was arrested at 320 Asbury Ave. at 11:45 p.m. yesterday and charged with battery. He is due in court on March 14 at 9 a.m.

355 Ridge

DeAngelo Horton, 41, of 2300 Noyes Court, was arrested at 355 Ridge Ave. at 11:14 a.m. Wednesday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Feb. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Burglary

1700 Brummel

Someone took cash from an unlocked 2003 Toyota in the driveway of a home in the 1700 block of Brummel Street between 6 p.m. Wednesday and 3:31 p.m. Thursday.

1800 Oakton

Someone entered an unlocked 2000 SUV in an apartment parking space in the 1800 block of Oakton Street between 5:33 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Friday, but nothing was reported taken.

700 Seward

Someone entered an unlocked apartment in the 700 block of Seward Street between 10:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. Friday and took a computer gaming system.

Criminal Damage

2400 Church

Someone damaged a wooden fence in the yard of a home in the 2400 block of Church Street between 10 p.m. Friday and 9:42 a.m. Saturday.

2121 Darrow

Naieem M. Moran, 18, of 1941 Darrow Ave., was arrested at 2121 Darrow Ave. at 9:37 p.m. Saturday and charged with criminal damage to property. Moran is due in court on Feb. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Criminal Trespass

100 Asbury

Roderick X. P. Walker, address unknown, was arrested at 100 Asbury Ave. at 10:16 p.m. Thursday and charged with trepass on real property. He is due in court on March 28 at 9 a.m.

Murder

7300 Niles Center

Malik M. Caswell, 18, of 6953 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, was arrested at 7300 Niles Center Road at 12:40 p.m. Saturday and charged with first degree murder.

2026 Emerson

Julius J. Francellno, 18, of 2026 Emerson St., was arrested at that address at 5:28 p.m. Thursday and charged with first degree murder.

Theft

1400 Oakton

Four wheels were removed from a 2017 Honda that was parked in the 1400 block of Oakton Street between 8 p.m. Friday and 5 a.m. Saturday.

500 Dodge

Cash was removed from the center console of a vehicle at a gas station in the 500 block of Dodge Avenue around 6:10 p.m. Saturday.

Traffic

1100 Crain

Alexandria Nicole Brown, 21, of 1043 Darrow Ave., was arrested at 1100 Crain St. at 2:24 p.m. Thursday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on March 23 at 1:30 p.m.

4200 Golf

Anfrgene Ayesha Burgess, 34, of 2218 W. Granville Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 4200 Golf Road at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on March 30 at 10:30 a.m.

101 Ridge

Dario Hernandez-Cruz, 36, of 1533 W. Jarvis Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 101 Ridge Ave. at 7:37 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on March 6 at 10:30 a.m.

1300 Greenwood

Eddie Moore, Jr., 47, of 6825 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, was arrested at 1300 Greenwood Ave. at 10:47 a.m. Thursday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on March 28 at 9 a.m.

Foster at Emerson

Miguel Moreno, 57, of 2001 Dodge Ave., was arrested at Foster and Emerson streets at 1:49 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on April 4 at 9 a.m.
