Assault

1311 Chicago

Parker J. Cavalier, 21, of 860 Hinman Ave., was arrested at 1311 Chicago Ave. at 12:30 a.m. Saturday and charged with aggravated assault.

Burglary

100 Callan

Burglars broke a window to gain access to a 2013 Honda in an apartment parking space in the 100 block of Callan Avenue between 6 p.m. Thursday and 7:15 a.m. Friday.

Criminal Damage

600 Forest

Someone broke a window of a 2006 Toyota in the 600 block of Forest Avenue between 11:15 p.m. Thursday and 10:15 a.m. Saturday.

Drugs

1325 Howard

Cameron Spencer Hillinger, 21, of 1339 Greenwood Ave., Deerfield, was arrested at 1325 Howard St. at 7:26 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He is due in court on July 10 at 1:30 p.m.

101 Ridge

Kristen L. Longhi, 28, of 1400 W. Greenleaf Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 101 Ridge Ave. at 3:57 a.m. today and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Forgery

5838 Sheridan

Shelagh M. Kennedy, 39, of 5838 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, was arrested at that address at 2:21 p.m. Thursday and charged with forgery. She is due in court on July 6 at 9 a.m.

Robbery

1900 Foster

A robbery occurred in an apartment in the 1900 block of Foster Street around 12:30 p.m. Saturday. The offender demanded money of the victim.

Shots Heard

2700 Prairie

Gunshots were reported in the 2700 block of Prairie Avenue at 12:26 p.m. Thursday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Golf at Lawndale

Gunshots were reported in the vicinity of Golf Road and Lawndale Avenue at 11:45 p.m. Friday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Theft

600 Main

A bag was stolen from a passenger on a commuter train as it was passing near 600 Main Street between 8:45 p.m. and 9 p.m. Thursday.

1400 Chicago

A cell phone left unattended at a church in the 1400 block of Chicago Avenue was stolen around 12:15 p.m. Friday.

1600 Dodge

A locked bicycle was stolen from the Evanston Township High School grounds between 9:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Friday.

2100 Central

Clothes were stolen by shoplifters at a retail establishment in the 2100 block of Central Street around 4 p.m. on April 18.

2000 Dodge

A bicycle secured at an apartment common area in the 2000 block of Dodge Avenue was stolen between 9 a.m. and 5:52 p.m. Saturday.

100 Asbury

A  shoplifter attempted to steal a product at the CVS Pharmacy in the 100 block of Asbury Avenue around 12:30 a.m. yesterday.

Traffic

1700 Brown

Jason F. Ransom, 41, of 4441 Lyons St., Skokie, was arrested at 1700 Brown Ave. at 11:50 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on July 31 at 9 a.m.
